About Me

I’m a traditional artist living and working in Sydney, pursuing a career in the arts with my works exploring surrealism and the bizarre.

I’m a shameless obsesser of colour and raw human form especially linked with flora and fauna, and like to incorporate ‘the bigger the better’ into my work.

Education and Accomplishments

I studied at the National Art School in 2023 for a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Painting, but my art journey began long before.

I moved from Newcastle to Sydney after completing a Diploma of Visual Arts and Certificate III in Design Fundamentals at Newcastle Art School, where I also exhibited a body of work to a body of artists and collectors alike.

My artwork; ‘Fortune Fishing’, was selected as a finalist and exhibited in the 2026 Kangaroo Valley of The Arts Prize.

Additionally, my work ‘Space Bunny’ was selected as finalist in the Beautiful Bizarre Magazine Emerging Artist Prize in 2026.

History

I’ve been painting my entire life, first developing the passion after my mother, who taught me the fundamentals of oil painting, her preferred medium.

I now focus on painting everything that I find wonder and whimsy, not always positive, but thought evoking, which I intend to convey in all of my works.
